Two packaging routes

Choose an established format or discuss a custom solution.

Route 01

Existing Mantinea Herbs retail format

Use our established retail package as the base for your private label. The jar, cap, size and physical format remain unchanged; the artwork and label are adapted to your brand.

  • Custom artwork / label
  • Existing jar, cap and format
  • Label application by Mantinea Herbs
  • Finished shelf-ready product
Route 02

Alternative packaging project

For projects requiring a different presentation, alternative solutions can be discussed after enquiry, including glass jars in different designs and capacities or larger PET formats.

Route 01 · Protective retail format

A shelf-ready package designed to help protect the herbs inside.

When you choose our established PET retail format for private label, you also retain its protective packaging features: aluminium induction sealing, a reclosable cap and a full-coverage custom label. These features apply to the existing Mantinea Herbs retail-format route; alternative custom packaging projects are configured separately.

Aluminium induction seal

Creates a sealed barrier before first opening, helping limit air exposure and support retention of characteristic aroma and essential oils.

Full-coverage custom label

Your artwork can cover the jar body while also helping shield the herbs from direct light exposure, supporting colour and overall product quality during storage.

Reclosable cap

The retail format is designed for convenient reclosure after first opening and everyday consumer use.

Lightweight recyclable PET

Food-contact compliant PET keeps the finished pack lightweight for retail distribution and international shipping.

Private Label FAQ

The questions buyers usually ask first.

What is the MOQ for private label?

The minimum private-label order is two full Euro pallets. The order can include mixed products from our Organic Greek Oregano, Organic Greek Mountain Tea and Organic Greek Sage range.

Can I combine oregano, sage and mountain tea?

Yes. Mixed-product private label orders are accepted, so the two-pallet minimum can be configured with a combination of the three available herbs.

What packaging can I customize?

There are two routes. You can use our existing retail format and customize the artwork/label while the jar, cap and size remain unchanged. Alternatively, we can discuss a different packaging project, including glass jars in different designs and capacities or larger PET formats.

What are the benefits of the existing PET retail format?

The established retail format uses an aluminium induction seal before first opening, a reclosable cap and a full-coverage label. Together, these features help limit air and direct-light exposure while providing a lightweight, shelf-ready presentation for distribution.

Do you print and apply the labels?

Yes. Mantinea Herbs can manage the label and its application and deliver the finished product ready for the retail shelf.

Who supplies the artwork?

You can provide print-ready artwork, or Mantinea Herbs can undertake the artwork development. A labelled sample is prepared for review so details can be checked and revised before final approval.

Which organic marks can appear on the pack?

EU Organic labelling is supported according to the applicable label requirements. For U.S. projects, organic trade and use of the USDA Organic seal can be supported under the U.S.-EU Organic Equivalence Arrangement, subject to destination-market labelling and required shipment documentation.

Can you export inside and outside the EU?

Yes. We support export business within and outside the European Union, including the USA, Japan and the United Kingdom.

What is the typical production lead time?

Private label production typically requires around 60 days from final artwork/label approval and order confirmation.

Can I receive samples?

Complimentary evaluation samples, with shipping included, are available to professional buyers following confirmation of the request by our team. For private-label development, a labelled approval sample is also prepared for review and revisions before final production approval.
