Process control

From propagation to packing.

Quality is supported by managed propagation, field preparation, selective hand harvesting, natural drying and final sifting and cleaning.

Specialised propagation equipment regulates heat and humidity during early plant growth. In the field, raised beds and certified ground covers support cultivation and help limit weeds.

After harvesting, the herbs are naturally dried in dark, well-ventilated spaces to help preserve their aroma, colour and distinctive characteristics. They are then sifted and cleaned before packing.
